Where can I buy Herbaland products?
Right here! Check out our online store and pick up your favorite gummies now! We’re also on Amazon Prime and have amazing retailers in 38 countries. Check out our Store Locator to find a retailer near you! Note: Store selections vary, make sure to check in advance.
What type of payment is accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Google Pay.
What is your refund and return policy?
We are positive you will love our gummies. But, if you have an issue, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right.
*Please note, only one coupon code can be used per order. We cannot make adjustments to existing orders that use coupon codes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Definitely! Free shipping to US is available on all orders over $70USD(after all discounts apply). For orders under $70USD, shipping is calculated on checkout page.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has processed. The shipping and handling process typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, however, the delivery time will vary based on the shipping option you choose. Have more questions about your order? Note: We do not process orders on Canada wide statutory holidays and BC statutory holidays, so that the Herbaland Family can spend time with their families.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.
Can I pick up my order from your Richmond, BC Head Office?
Yes! We’d love to have you stop by to pick up your order in-person. Please note, because this is our manufacturing facility, we don’t have a storefront for you to shop from. Please place your order on our website ahead of time and select the pick-up option on the check out page.
What are your office and pick-up/receiving hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm PST, excluding stat holidays, and we are closed between Christmas and New Year's. Be sure to place your order ahead of time, good products sell out easily!
Who do we recommend our gummy products for?
Gummies are for everybody*! If you’re looking for a fun way to supplement your dietary nutrients, restore a specific deficiency or function, or an athlete looking to maximize your performance, Herbaland Gummies are for you! Gummies are delicious and can be valuable for people who have trouble swallowing capsules or tablets.
*Gummies are for almost everybody. We do not recommend gummies for children under 4, people who have trouble chewing, or excessive trouble swallowing. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor about what supplements you should be taking.
Where are your gummies made?
Our gummies are made with love in Richmond, BC, Canada by our Herbaland Team!
Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?
Aside from one product - Omega-3 Classic Gummies for Kids (contains Fish Oil), all of our products are vegan or vegetarian.
Are your products gluten-free?
Absolutely! Our manufacturing facility is certified gluten-free!
Are your ingredients genetically modified?
No way, Jose! We are proud to say that all of our products use all-natural, non-GMO ingredients.
Do your products contain allergens?
We want everyone to be able to enjoy our gummies! That’s why all our products are free from common allergens. They are gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, nut-free, peanut and egg-free. And an added bonus, all of our products are low-sugar or sugar-free!

Does Herbaland send free samples?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to offer samples. But we do a lot of in-person events and conventions, so make sure to look out for us! We also run giveaways every month on our Instagram @HerbalandGummies, so make sure to follow!
Does Herbaland work with bloggers & influencers?
Yes 100%!! We have 2 different types of partnerships that you can get involved in.

How do I login into my account?
Click on the menu icon on the top right-hand side of the website to get to the account menu. Once there, fill in your email and password. If you don't have a Herbaland Gummies account yet, click "Create Account" and fill in your information.
What if I forgot my password and/or email?
Go to the account login page and click 'Forgot Your Password?'. You will then get an email sent to you with instructions on how to change it.
If you forgot your email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
How can I change my shipping address?
Once you are logged into your account, go to your account profile by clicking the person icon in the top right, then view addresses.
If you made your order already and it has the wrong address, please email us ASAP at email@example.com so we can update that and let the shipping team know.
