Please note that the following restrictions will apply as you enter to become a wholesaler and that any breach in these regulations will account towards a closure in your wholesale account:

1. All Herbaland products are restricted to sales within the territories of Canada and the United States and cannot be sold to areas outside of these countries due to reasons related to exclusive rights permitted by distributors of Herbaland
2. Wholesalers are not permitted to sell Herbaland products on Amazon and/or any other third party retail platforms (except with permission granted by Herbaland)
3. Herbaland products are enforced with guidelines for MSRP (manufacture's suggested retail price) and M.A.P. (minimum advertised pricing).
a. MSRP will appear as the pricings shown on our website
b. M.A.P. is 20% within the range of our MSRP
4. the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for purchasing wholesale is currently at $500 (unless permitted otherwise)
