Start your morning off right with this fantastic Skillet Pancake, from our friend Connie.
We used this recipe from Blissful Basil, omitting the blueberries and instead topping it with fresh, seasonal plums!
Top with whatever your heart desires:
- Fruit Compote
- Chia Jam
- Nut or Seed Butter
- Ice Cream
- Coconut Whip
To make your own nut or seed butter drizzle, simply whisk together the butter of your choice with almond milk until it reaches a thin, sauce-like consistency.
This brekkie freezes really well - make a big batch and pop them in the freezer for an easy breakfast! Reheat at 350 in the oven.
